Car Hire

  • A security deposit is required to pre-book any vehicle from our range, we will require the first 2 hours deposit paid in full for each vehicle booked.
  • Full payment is required a minimum of our (4) weeks prior to the booking date to lock in your event and time.
  • A minimum of 2-hours rate to pre-book the vehicle in for your time and date
  • The security deposit will be refunded once the job is completed, and the cars are checked for damage or delay fees.
  • All cancellations within two (2) weeks of the event will forfeit the full deposit, all cancellations prior to the two (2) weeks will incur a 50% fee from the deposit
  • Public holidays attract 10% extra fee to all hire rates and charges or fees.
  • Excluded for hire cars are food and beverages, luggage cartage, toll way costs, excessive cleaning costs, repairs, travel greater than 35 kilometres from Pambula LPO NSW 2549 location, degree of difficulty for the cars and Chauffeur.  We can provide you of a quote to include these.
  • These are booking rates only not including travel time outside of 35 kilometres from Pambula LPO NSW 2549 area.  Prices for out of area, will depend on degree of difficulty and time away.
  • Prices do not include excessive cleaning of the cars from mud, vomit, food, beverages, confetti, carpet stains, blood, bodily fluids, etc. This will be charged at a minimum cleaning fee of $55.00 per vehicle removed from the security deposit prior to the credit being refunded.
  • Over time on contract is $50.00 per 15 minutes (or part thereof) for all time over the booked in time (to be paid at the event to the Chauffeur in cash). Failure to pay will result in the Chauffeur returning to our office at the agreed contract time.
  • All repair costs by the event or persons at the event will be charged to you (all repairs will be quoted upon by a registered and qualified repair shop or dealer only) all parts to be replaced by original and new that suits the car that was damaged, please note paint repairs may require whole sections of a car to be painted to blend in the colour and panel section.
  • All payments will require a credit card or bank transfer into our account.
